To provide users answers to questions, to be updated on new items and developments regarding the operation and offerings of this site, to tailor the services being offered to the clients tastes and preferences.

How can users correct, update or delete their information? Users can contact privacy@empressice.com to make any changes or deletions they like in the information this site has collected. The user can expect a reply that this has been completed with in 5 business days.

How is the information stored this site collects? Users that submit their e mail for addition into the mailing list that e mail is stored in a database on the hard drive of a computer on location. The e mails received in the form of questions/ comments is deleted one time a week from the mail system of this site. The e mails received from the third party processors is stored in a separate folder in the sites e mail system for a year, we purge this file once a month on the month of the one year anniversary, the hard copy of the order is filed in fulfilled orders and kept for on year the files are purged on time a month on the month of the one year anniversary.  The e mails of users that submit application forms are stored in a separate folder in this sites e mail system for one year and are purged one time a month on the month of the one year anniversary if they are inactive. Active client information is kept until the client either requests inactive status or is inactive for a period of two years, inactive files are purged monthly on the two year anniversary of the last service provided.
